RETURN POLICY:
Our "Try-A-Ride" link allows you to view the ride style of our DVDs thus eliminating the need to return products due to not knowing what you were buying.

Opened and used DVDs cannot be returned for refunds.

DVDs may be exchanged within 30 days if a DVD is found to be defective. We check all DVDs sent out for scratches, but occasionally there are DVDs that won't play correctly due flaws unseen in the reproduction process.

Unopened and unused DVDs can be returned within 21 days of purchase with a copy of your receipt and a 10% restocking fee. Please allow two to three weeks to receive your refund check after we receive all the information with unopened DVDs.

Please enclose a money order or check made payable to Bike-O-Vision for the restocking fee. Call or email first to receive a "return authorization number" and don't forget to put the number on the outside of package before returning the DVDs.
