Our instant video previews allow you to watch the ride style of our journeys before you buy. Most video companies do not take back used videos unless they are defective and neither do we, so PLEASE watch the video previews first before purchasing. Unopened and unused videos may be returned within 2 weeks of purchase with proof of purchase. Opened and used videos cannot be returned for a refund unless there is a manufacturers defect and must be returned within 2 weeks of purchase. A 10% restocking fee is charged on returns and the shipping cost is not refunded. Contact us prior to sending any videos.
