GET YOUR DAY STARTED WITH THESE 5-MINUTE MINI-WORKOUT JOURNEYS

"Go small"  is a trend in fitness today and they're called micro workouts you can fit in quickly anytime of day.
We now have four quick-but-intense-session cycling videos proven to reduce weight and lower blood pressure. For anyone with a busy schedule you can trade "duration" for intense 5-minute workouts and still get very quality results. Each video includes 10 or more selections, 5-minutes each, with top locations from our longer Bike-O-Vision videos. These videos have a timed warm-up, then more intensity, maxing out uphill and then a final period of cool-down which you will see on the graph as above. There's also extra optional warm-up and cool-down. So if you don't have time to do full Bike-O-Vision journeys every day, at least rotating these micro workouts, one-per-day, will continue to produce the positive results you desire!  There is also optional voiced instructions on these mini-workouts.  The videos are 60 minutes long.  Click on each video below for the workout description.
