"Go small" A current trend in fitness is called "micro workouts." They are quick-but-intense sessions proven to reduce weight and lower blood pressure. For anyone with a busy schedule you can trade duration for an intense 5-minute workout and get quality results. Included are 10 or more selections 5-minutes each, with top samples from our longer Bike-O-Vision videos. The locations have a timed warm-up, then more intensity, maxing out uphill and then a final period of cool-down. There's also an extra optional warm-up and cool-down. So if you don't have time to do full Bike-O-Vision journeys every day, at least rotating these micro workouts, one-per-day, will continue to produce the positive changes you desire!
